My goal over the summer is to do a few hours of OSINT training each week.

• Interactive OSINT training through Kase Scenarios including: Sinister Obsession, SCP Insurgency, Dark Waters, Orkla: Bounty Hunt and The Vanishing of Rosie Parker
• I'm slowly working my way through the catalogue of story-driven OSINT CTFs with Hacktoria.

🏋️‍♂️ The Healthy Stuff I'm Doing:

• Tracking everything with my new Apple Watch. 🤣
• Trying (read: struggling) to get back in the habit of eating better and getting my daily 3km walk in.

💼 My Work Stuff:

• I recently started providing employment support for an incredible individual with Down Syndrome, who works as an advocate for the Canadian Down Syndrome Society.

✈️ The Places I'm Going:

• I have been making good use of my Cavalry FC season pass.
• Camping at Castle Falls Provincial Park (July) [Photos]
• Australia (August). Tickets are booked and I'm excited to be heading home to see my family.
